Due to a faulty VC (Vibration Compensation) system, the lens vibrates after taking a pictures and using the VC. If the VC is turned off, the lens vibrates even more. The AF/VC plastic cover is also broken leaving the lens exposed to the weather elements. As is the nature of these issues, this will only get worse with time.
